F70 IMPULSE SEALER
For small quantity sealing.
The F70 impulse heat sealers are suitable to use whenever small quantities of seals are being made or to seal material that cannot be sealed by rotary heat sealers. The F70 series is suitable for sealing pouches of polypropylene, polyethylene, Tyvek, paper pouches with glue strip and many other materials which have to be sealed.
In addition dust covers can be sealed with the F70 series as well. The F70 machines are reliable machines which are easy to operate. They are completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Furthermore, this series is also ideal for processing packaging material from the roll. For this purpose, the F70 has a built-in roll holder to pack items and a cutting device in order to separate the sealed packaging from the roll.
The sealer works through a lever which has to be pulled down after which the sealer heats up automatically. When the set sealing time has passed an extra cooling down period of 2 seconds will follow automatically.
The sealing time and cooling down time are being indicated by a LED.
The F70 series is available in two models:
The F70-300 and the F70-400.
The F70-300 has an effective seal length of 320mm.
The F70-400 has an effective seal length of 420mm.
Both models are time-controlled and produce a seal width of 8mm.
