PASS THROUGH CABINETS

Pass-through cabinets which have been designed to be between the CSSD’s clean zone and sterile zone. The pass-through cabinets allow the transportation of baskets or other items from one area to another without open door transportation. They are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The pass-through cabinets can be equipped with solid shelves or with slides made of stainless steel u-profiles onto which baskets with flanged upper wires can be hung.​

The pass-through cabinets with slides can standard accommodate ISO baskets of 600 x 400mm with a maximum height of 190 mm. They have a capacity for either 1 x 7 baskets or 2 x 7 baskets.

They are equipped with two doors. A stainless steel one on the loading side and one with an aluminium frame with safety glass on the unloading site. This makes it easy for staff on the exit side to see the movement of goods which are ready to be processed.

Both of the doors are equipped with a long lasting rubber sealing which makes the cabinets near to airtight. The doors can never be opened at the same time which will prevent  airflow between the clean area and the sterile area. The doors are opened by a ridged push button which will release the magnet locking system within the cabinets.
