ROLL HOLDER
Holders with a hardened steel, self sharpening cutting mechanism to ensure confident, clean and reliable slicing.
Famos has designed various roll holders including cutting device to create the length of packaging material that is required. The rotary knife of the cutting device is made from the highest quality hardened steel and is self-sharpening which ensures years of maintenance free use.
Famos offers the following types: TS600, TS750 and TS900. The type number represents both the effective working capacity and the storage capacity of the roll holder. The roll holders are equipped with nylon bearings which makes it a lot easier to unroll the reels. Furthermore, an extension can be added which doubles the storage capacity of the holder.
All roll holders are available in two versions:
Table model which can also be attached to the wall (only applicable for roll holders without extension).
Model which can be hung onto an upright partition of a packing table or workstation.
In case a roll holder with extension should be mounted against the wall, Famos can supply profiles for this.
In case a roll holder with / without extension should be hung to an upright partition of a packing table or workstation, this should be mentioned upon ordering. In addition to the roll holders as mentioned above Famos bv also offers two different roll holders in case extra long packaging material needs to be stored or cut.
These two models are the TS1200 and TS1500. Both models have an integrated cutting mechanism with a self-sharpening knife.
The TS1200 and TS1500 roll holders are standard supplied as table models. On request they can also be supplied as models which can be hung onto an upright partition of a packing table or workstation, provided that the partition is equipped with hooks with a centre distance of 530mm.
Upon request the TS1200 and TS1500 can also be made suitable for wall mounting by the use of screws.
